Undergraduate Rome Summer Programs available to all high school and college students.
For fifty years the University of Dallas Rome Program has been delivering a superior curriculum of studies and educational travel to students who are seriously committed to the liberal arts, to the ideals of western civilization, and to the Catholic intellectual tradition. This is our vision of study abroad at the University of Dallas, and it is a vision that has transformed the Rome Program into one of the very best foreign study abroad programs in Italy.
Students returning from the Rome Program typically describe their academic experiences in glowing terms. "It is the place," they say, "where UD's Core Curriculum came together for me." The success of the academic program in Rome comes down to two fundamental things: first, superior teaching; and second, the juxtaposition of reading great books and seeing firsthand some of the world's most historic places and most extraordinary works of art and architecture.
