Description: This diversity and identity-based workshop’s goal is to bring awareness to mental health within minority identities to UTD. Asking for help can be challenging, but students of color often face historical and cultural barriers when trying to access mental health services. Positive mental health is vital to realizing your full potential, managing stress, connecting with others, and having meaningful relationships. Join us as we unpack some of the challenges, give tips and resources on mental health.
